Renamed in 2024 as the Harvey Jacobs Commitment to Excellence $1,000 Scholarship, will be awarded to an individual who has been greatly impacted by the equine industries. Someone who is a team player and committed to their work and the industries they are involved in as those are just a few traits that describe the late Harvey Jacobs!
